1 General Provisions

2 Eligibility and Age Verification

3 Account Registration

To create an account on golts, accurate and complete information must be provided in the registration form. Required information at registration includes: full name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address. If the information provided is false, incomplete, or misleading, the account may be closed at any time.

Each user may operate only one account. If the same person creates multiple accounts, they will be merged and all accounts may be closed if necessary. golts may request additional identity verification at any stage of the registration process.

3.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

golts follows a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to ensure the safety of its users. For a first withdrawal or transactions above a certain amount, submission of a photo of a national ID card, birth certificate, or passport may be required. Withdrawals may be held until KYC is completed.

4 Account Security

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Transaction Rules

• Once a deposit is completed, it cannot be reversed.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

golts offers a 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The bonus amount must be wagered 10 times before withdrawal. For example, on a ৳1,000 deposit with a ৳2,000 bonus, the total balance will be ৳3,000 and a wager of ৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000 must be completed before the bonus can be withdrawn.

Separate wagering conditions apply to golts weekly, special day, and event-based promotions. The specific terms for each bonus offer will be stated in that offer's details.

6.1 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus may only be claimed once, unless the offer states otherwise.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time.
• A bonus can never be withdrawn directly as cash — only funds earned after completing the wagering requirement become withdrawable.
• golts reserves the right to cancel a bonus and review an account if misuse of any offer is suspected.
• VIP members receive cashback on weekly net losses — up to 0.4% at Bronze level, up to 0.8% at Silver level, and up to 1.2% at Gold level.

7 Betting Rules

When betting on sports events such as cricket and football on golts, all bets are considered final and cannot be cancelled or changed under any circumstances — unless a technical error or special situation such as event cancellation occurs.

7.1 Event Cancellation and Results

If a sports event is fully cancelled, bets placed on that event will be considered void and the stake will be returned to the user's account. After a match has started, golts will have the authority to determine results once a specified number of overs or a period of time has been completed.

7.2 Odds Changes

The odds in effect at the time a bet is accepted are the final odds. However, if clearly abnormal odds were offered due to a system error or data entry mistake, golts reserves the right to cancel that bet.

8 Casino Games

All slots, live casino, fishing games, dice, and card games available on golts are developed by recognised software providers, and each game has its own RTP (Return to Player). Game outcomes are determined entirely by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

The maximum and minimum bet amounts for each game are stated within the game itself. If the maximum bet limit is exceeded using bonus funds, that bet may be voided.

8.1 Live Casino

10 Account Suspension and Closure

golts may suspend or permanently close an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these Terms is violated.
• If it is found that the account was opened using a false identity or false information.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period.
• If the user requests account closure themselves.
• If a self-exclusion or cooling-off request is made under the Responsible Gaming Policy.

If there is a valid balance and verification is completed before account closure, it will be returned. However, any balance linked to prohibited activities will be forfeited.
